The commercial and residential building is located along one of the main roads of the city of Zagreb, Savska cesta. The above-ground gross area of the complex is 5536 sqm, and the underground is 6172 sqm. The commercial building has a ground floor and six above-ground floors (each above-ground floor is 230 to 330 sqm of net area).
