ING-GRAD Ltd is the company founded in Zagreb in 1985, and it has been known on the market under its current name since 1991. Under the leadership of Branislav Brizar, MSc in Economics, ING-GRAD has distinguished itself in its many years of business as one of the leading construction companies in this sector in Croatia, and is recognizable for its stability, constant growth and uniform development of all segments of the Company.
The work and philosophy of ING-GRAD is best reflected in the slogan "Building the Future, restoring the Heritage". Thus, ING-GRAD can boast of a wide range of construction works, from the renovation of historical buildings and sacral architecture to the construction of modern business and residential spaces, as well as construction works in the field of energy and infrastructure construction.
Among them, the reconstruction of the church of Sv. Marko (St. Marc) in Zagreb, the rehabilitation and restoration of the Euphrasian Basilica in Poreč, the construction of the Zelengrad wind farm in Obrovac, and the project to expand the existing crude oil storage system at the Omišalj terminal are to be highlighted. Projects
In more than three decades of experience on very demanding construction projects, ING-GRAD has gained experience on various projects. In total, ING-GRAD has worked on around 200 construction projects in various fields so far. In the rich list of renovated or completely newly built buildings, it is impossible to single out only a few of them, because we are equally proud of the renovated buildings that we have breathed new life into and equipped them for the future, as well as modern construction buildings made from the ground up that connect the community and enable the development of cities and people.
Certificates
Management System Policy
ING-GRAD Ltd is committed to providing services and delivering products in compliance with appropriate internal, national and international standards, legal and other regulations related to quality, environmental protection, health and safety at work and the Safety Certificate for Contractors (SCCp).
ING-GRAD Ltd meets the customer's requirements and respects the established norms in the provision of services and delivery of products. Thus, for each service, we carry out planning and process management according to predetermined procedures.
Relationships with customers and suppliers are based and maintained on mutual trust, especially when harmonizing terms, specifications and requirements for quality, environmental protection, health and safety at work and SCCp certificate requirements.
Permanent professional training of staff is carried out in order to increase quality and responsibility.
ING-GRAD Ltd applies the requirements related to health and safety from the ISO 45001 standard and the SCCp certificate. All parts of the company and all employees, top management and operational management are included in the system. The prevention of accidents at work is achieved by continuously considering all possible sources of risk for workers, procuring protective equipment and appropriate machines and devices, and their timely testing and replacement. Ensuring health and safety also includes the prevention of occupational diseases and work-related health risks, which we ensure by taking care of workers with regular health examinations, prevention of exposure to harmful influences,
The international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and the SCCp certificate require regular monitoring and evaluation of the system of quality assurance, environmental protection, health and safety at work, both internally and externally, which is carried out by an organization authorized for certification. We strive to preserve and defend the award and certificate we have won in all subsequent inspections.
The assessment of the management system is carried out at least once a year, and planned internal checks are the basis for taking corrective measures in the further development of the integrated management system for the next period.
Periodic review of the management system policy ensures its continued adequacy. This policy is available to all interested parties and shared with everyone who works for and on behalf of ING-GRAD Ltd.
