In addition to interior and exterior decoration, the museum spaces themselves require furnishing with furniture and equipment, special lighting, visual and sound effects depending on the content and type of museum, and a setting that should be presented to visitors as faithfully as possible.
Cascading construction is a unique way of connecting spaces at different heights and floors, which achieves a simple and functional flow for users and visitors and enables an unhindered experience of space and content.

With the construction project of the Student Dorm complex, the University of Dubrovnik provides the highest standards for quality education of non-resident students. 503 beds are provided in the Student Dormitory, a multifunctional space for students to work together and socialize, basic medical care and accompanying facilities. The impressive building consists of two underground floors, a ground floor and four above-ground floors with an unusual appearance. In the underground floors, there are parking spaces, a laundry room, an employee cloakroom, offices (dental and general practices) and a space for student parties. On the ground floor there is a reception, a student restaurant, a flower shop, a hair salon and large multipurpose halls for various social purposes. There is also a gym in the gallery space (elevated part of the ground floor).
