In addition to the work on the restoration of many tourist buildings that are also monumental heritage, ING-GRAD also carries out projects for the construction of new tourist buildings, as well as public purpose buildings. In the projects, we can boast of a series of modern, technologically advanced accommodation facilities for tourist purposes, museums and other public buildings.
For the needs of multimedia events on the facade of the Archaeological Museum of Istria in Pula, a facade communication video system was created in the latest variant of LED display technology with a total area of 327.03 m2. In the inactive state, the system is almost transparent, that is, it does not interfere with the passage of daylight into the interior space of the museum. The system can be used as a whole or in segments, and the angle of light emission is 160 degrees horizontally and vertically, which ensures a uniform perception regardless of the dimensions of the display and the perspective of the observer. This makes it unique in Croatia by all its properties.

The subject of this project was the reconstruction of tourist apartments and restaurants within the Verudela tourist resort in Pula. The project included the reconstruction of the interior spaces of 15 buildings with a total of 146 apartments and a restaurant next to the lighthouse. Originally, it was necessary to remove and dismantle the existing equipment, material, partition walls and installations. After that, the reconstruction of the tourist resort could be started. The apartment complex was decorated to a higher standard, and included: lowering the ceilings, installing new ceramics, installing new doors and glass partitions, painting the interior and exterior of the building, and performing new installations and equipment.
The restaurant, which is located in an impressive location, next to the very edge of the rocks that descend vertically to the sea, has also undergone a transformation. The dilapidated cantilevered terrace of the restaurant was repaired and pergolas made of steel construction were constructed as protection from rain and sun. The interior of the restaurant was changed according to the new needs of the investor: the floors were replaced with ceramic tiles, the existing carpentry was replaced with a new one, the internal partitions were made according to the new layout, and natural light was enabled through large glass walls.
