A heat accumulator plant was being built as part of the TE-TO Zagreb facility. The heat accumulator is a steel tank with a diameter of 24 m and a shell height of 47.50 m to 50.12 m. The basic structure of the steel tank of the heat accumulator consists of a reinforced concrete circular plate supported on 69 reinforced concrete piles. The piles are laid out in four concentric rings (circles). The base plate has a diameter of D = 27 m and a thickness of d = 200 cm. Underneath the steel staircase, the base plate has a rectangular projection with plan dimensions of about 3.40 x 6.5 m, which rests on two piles. All piles have a diameter of 1 m and a length of 20 m. The pumping station and hot water pipes of the new plant are also being built as part of the plant. The building of the pumping station is one-story, with a rectangular floor plan, dimensions 20.36 x 11.59 m, with a total height of 8.56 m measured from the elevation of the landscaped terrain.
