The project of complete reconstruction of the building due to the damage caused after the earthquake includes the consolidation of the foundation soil, the rehabilitation of intermediate structures, the complete reconstruction of the roof, the rehabilitation of walls by injection of cracks, the connection and strengthening of walls and columns by inserting additional tensioners, and the execution of structural strengthening with the FRCM system. At the same time, the project also includes the conservation renovation of the rich and valuable original immovable equipment inside the building as well as the decorative elements of the facade. The project also reconstructs all types of installations within the scope of the intervention on the structure, and adapts them to the new purpose of certain spaces within the building. The project does not change the location conditions, nor does it affect the gross construction area and volume of the existing building, and the purpose itself, the work of state administrative bodies, remains unchanged.
