Two halls in the industrial zone of Ivanić Grad were built as prefabricated buildings from April 2008 to May 2009. Hall 33 is a building with floor plan dimensions of 60.54 x 25.25 m and is built on two floors. It is simple and functional; the facades are covered with sheet metal, divided into rows of rectangular windows with metal shutters, metal staircases and doors, and are decorated with yellow tin window sills, lintels and yellow and black roof cornice. It has a prominent entrance part, which is connected to a four-pillar raised gazebo with a terrace on top secured by a metal fence.
On the ground floor of this hall there is an electro-logging service, and on the first floor there are laboratories and office rooms. The interior spaces are functional, devoid of any decoration except for the corridor walls, which are broken up by larger windows in the upper part, and painted light blue in the lower part. The spaces are transparent and well lit, which is especially visible in the corridors, which are covered with roof coverings made of white plastic panels. Hall 32 has floor plan dimensions of 66.08 x 26.28 m and was designed as a space for the maintenance of mining equipment. It is spacious and well-lit both by lighting and by an opening in the middle of the roof. The total surface area of the buildings is about 4,800 sqm. A road with 128 parking spaces was constructed as part of the complex.
