The two halls situated in the industrial zone of Ivanić Grad were built from April 2008. until May 2009. The Hall 33 is a two-story building with plan dimensions of 60,54 x 25,25 m. The building is functional and simple; the facades are covered with sheet metal panels and articulated by a row of rectangular windows with metal blinds, metal staircases and doors. The decoration consists of yellow sheet metal lintels and yellow and black roof cornices.
A risalit with an altana on four columns with an open terrace provided with a metal fence accentuates the main entrance. The ground floor of the building provides the service of electric carotage, and upstairs the offices and laboratories are located. The interior spaces are functional, deprived of any decoration except the hallway walls which are articulated by larger windows in the upper part and in the lower part they are painted in light blue. The premises are clear and well lighted, this is particularly visible in the hallways, which are covered with a roof covering of plastic sheets instead of the ceiling. The hall 32 with plan dimensions of 66,08 x 26,28 m is built as a space for maintenance of the mining equipment. It is spacious and well lighted thanks to the lights and the opening in the middle of the sheet metal roof. The gross area of the complex is approximately 4800,00 sqm. The complex consists of a road with 128 parking places.
