    • Historical buildings
      The ING-GRAD Ltd. Company has performed a range of works connected with the improvement, restoration and conservation of monuments and cultural heritage in all the regions of Croatia. Investors have been prominent national and church establishments and institutions, such as the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia, Croatian Conservation Institute, Heritage Authority offices in Osijek, Split, Rijeka, the Archaeological Museum in Pula, The Croatian State Archives, Archdiocese of Zagreb, Diocese of Đakovo and Syrmia, Đakovačka i Srijemska biskupija, Episcopal Ordinariate in Požega, Archdiocese of Rijeka, Episcopal Ordinariate in Poreč, parishes, local district and town hall governments and other placers of order. The activities include sacred architecture, historic buildings and edifices such as fortresses, castles and palaces. Those structures, dictate a special approach and relationship towards the work, especially when they obtain a new function, adjusted to current demands of their users and placers of order. In the course of building, wherever possible, special techniques, based on the knowledge of old masters' techniques, skills and prescriptions, have been applied.

      For some years now, the construction of business facilities has become an important segment of the operation of the company ING-GRAD. It includes not only the construction of the facility structure but its full fitting out and furnishing as well. The utilization of modern construction technologies, quality materials and installation of the state-of-the-art equipment aims to satisfy all the client's needs and requests.
    • Food Industry and Trading Companies
      In the construction of new office buildings latest materials and building technology have been applied. Attention has been paid to the construction of underground garages, and the latest equipment has been integrated (fire and burglar alarm systems, elevators). In accordance with customers’ demands, certain historic buildings have been adjusted to the needs of present-day business making, in the course of which modern and earlier materials, techniques, building and interior design methods have been combined.
    • Residental Houses and Urban Villas
      Market demands together with the desire to provide safe and energy efficient homes, encouraged the company ING-GRAD to start building high quality and affordable housing. This mostly refers to multi-family housing units in the town of Zagreb as well as garden apartments built for private investors.
  • Energy and infrastructure

      ING-GRAD took part in a number of complex electric power supply projects, among others the construction of wind power plants, biomass power plants, thermal power stations, construction and reconstruction of gas distribution network as well as other projects. The increasing investment into renewable energy sources in Croatia was the opportunity for the company ING-GRAD to establish itself in that line of business operations as well. Dedication and quality is what matters when projects as demanding as these are concerned.
    • Infrastructure
      The construction of quality infrastructure is the basis for the development of any society and state. The infrastructure projects are an important segment of ING-GRAD's operation. Since its establishment, the company took part in a number of important infrastructure projects all over Croatia, and these include the construction of sewerage systems, transportation infrastructure, bridges and other projects.
    • Petrol stations
      The leading Croatian oil company INA – Industrija nafte d.d. has been carrying out an extensive modernization project of the petrol stations network in the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia for several years. Modernization of petrol stations included the reorganization and arrangement of the petrol station service facility, replacement of all technological and electrical installations, replacement of pavement and pedestrian surfaces, and replacement of visual identity elements according to new standards.

      The building consists of a ground-floor and three upper floors with total height of about 18,90 m measured from the ordered and aligned lowest ground line near the façade till the highest point of the roof. The building has a straight roof. On the ground-floor one office space built in "Rohbau" system , of total surface 239 m², is designated for quiet and clean business; and two residential units (four-room apartment of 87.17 m² and a two-room apartment of 59.10 m²). The first floor is residential and it consists of 6 residential units (one-room apartment of 30.13 m², two room apartment of 59.27 m², another two room apartmentof 58,87m², a three-room apartmentof 59,29 m², a four-room apartmentof 86.30 m² and another four-room apartmentof 87.14 m² surface area). The second and the first floor are identical in layout and it consists of 6 residential units (one-room apartmentof 30.14 m², a two-room apartment of 58.87 m², another two-room apartment of 59.27m², a three-room apartment of 59.29 m², a four-room appartment of 86.30 m² and another four-room appartment of 85.14 m² surface area). The third floor is also a residential area, it consists of one one-room apartment and five three-room apartments (a one-room apartmentof 30.52 m², a three-room apartment of 73.57 m², a three-room apartment of 56.50 m²,a three-room apartment of 56.67 m², a three-room apartment of 72.98 m² and a three-room apartment of 58.15 m² surface area). The total surface area of he building is 2.162 m². There are 21 parking spaces on building plot, built according to the Regulation no.1 that asigns one parking space to an apartment and one parking space to an office space.
